1. No Medical or Psychotherapeutic Treatment
Our coaching program is explicitly not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. We do not offer diagnosis, therapy, treatment, or healing of mental illnesses or other medical conditions.
2. Purpose of the Program
Our program is solely intended for personal development, self-management, and support in everyday challenges. Its aim is to promote self-reflection and to provide tools for better self-management.
3. Coach’s Qualifications
Our coach is not a licensed psychotherapist, physician, or alternative practitioner. The services offered are based on coaching methods and are not intended to treat any illnesses.
4. Recommendation for Professional Help
If you have been diagnosed with a mental illness or suspect that you may be suffering from one, we strongly recommend that you seek help from a qualified medical doctor or psychotherapist. This is especially important if you are experiencing acute symptoms or are in crisis.
5. Personal Responsibility & Participation Conditions
Participation in our program is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for assessing whether our offering is suitable for you and whether you require additional professional medical or psychotherapeutic support.
Our mental coaching program is not suitable for individuals with severe mental health conditions, acute crises, or suicidal thoughts. In such cases, we strongly urge you to seek professional therapeutic assistance.
Participation in our mental coaching program is at your own risk. We explicitly point out that working on personal issues may trigger emotional reactions. If you feel unwell during or after the coaching, or develop psychological symptoms, please consult a physician or psychotherapist immediately.

All information you share with us during the coaching process will be treated confidentially. Please note, however, that we are legally obligated to inform the relevant authorities if we become aware of an acute risk of harm to yourself or others.
